Every business owner recognizes the importance of being able to budget for costs.  Legal fees are often difficult to include in a budget because of the hourly nature of attorney's fees, and the unpredictability of the legal system.

In an effort to help clients understand and appreciate the value of the legal services provided to them, Rozovics Law Firm, LLC has recently agreed to undertake Value Billing Arrangements for certain transactional and litigation projects.  For these projects, a budget will be provided to the client, a scope of work will be delineated, and a fixed fee will be established in order to accomplish that work. 

Potential Clients interested in this type of engagement should note that fees for Value Billing must be paid prior to the commencement of each stage of the project.   Work outside the agreed-upon scope of the project will be billed at a normal hourly rate.
