Pathways to International Law, American Bar Association, University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, March 2008; Spoke to international law students regarding pathways to international practice, including discussion of experiences as professor of international and European Union law in Eastern Europe, and owner of solo law firm dedicated to small and mid-market businesses with international interests.

Local Clients, Global Issues; McHenry County Bar Association, September 2007, Woodstock, Illinois;  Gave presentation to attorneys and judges outlining situations in which attorneys may be faced with international legal issues in areas of business law, state court litigation, real estate law, estate planning, and family law.  Provided advice regarding intake procedures, how to know when to work with foreign legal counsel, types of issues to research, and impact of issues upon local clients.

Preparing for Oral Depositions, 2003 Discovery and Civil Practice Handbook & 2006 Supplement; Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Published January 2003; Supplement Published October 2006; Ms. Rozovics wrote Chapter 5 of state-wide Civil Practice Handbook, which provided Illinois lawyers with practical guidance for deciding when to depose witnesses, who to depose, and how to prepare for such depositions.  Copy of article available upon request.

Default and Default Judgments, 2000 IICLE Supplement; Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Published January 2000; Ms. Rozovics wrote Chapter 7 of handbook summarizing and analyzing the current status of Illinois law regarding default and default judgments for publication in state-wide continuing legal education series. Civil Litigation Advisory Committee Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, 2003-2004 Program Year; Appointed to Committee to advise statewide continuing education program of hot topics in field of civil litigation and significant changes in statutory and case law; although Committee never met, members were appointed to assist with selection of course topics and faculty for 2003-4 program year.
 
Medical Records Update;  Medical Educational Services Inc. Professional Development Network April 5, 2006, Naperville, IL; Provided advice to hospital administrators to aid in development of records retention programs.  Discussed guidelines under statutes and case law for retention and disclosure of medical records.  Identified potential civil liability in the event of improper maintenance of medical records. Illinois Civil Discovery Practice Program;   Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, June 27, 2003, Chicago, IL; Developed four hypothetical problems raising current and common legal, strategic and practical discovery-based dilemmas for use at continuing education seminar on Civil Discovery Procedure.  Served as a panelist/speaker at the seminar.  Hypothetical problems were subsequently used by New Jersey CLE program in the development of their discovery seminar.  Copies of seminar brochure and hypothetical problems are available upon request.
