LOCAL ATTORNEY AUTHORS CHAPTER IN STATEWIDE LEGAL PUBLICATION December 11, 2006, Crystal Lake, Illinois -- McHenry County attorney Michelle J. Rozovics, owner of the Rozovics Law Group law firm, is the author of a recently published chapter in a legal handbook providing Illinois attorneys with tips on the proper use of depositions in civil litigation. Ms. Rozovics’ chapter, entitled “Oral Deposition Preparation”, was one of 20 chapters in the comprehensive Civil Discovery Practice handbook published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) in November 2006. This recently published chapter serves as a supplement to Ms. Rozovics’ 2003 chapter, and provides Illinois attorneys with an update of case law and procedure over the last three years. Chapters in IICLE practice handbooks such as that authored by Ms. Rozovics provide “how to do it" instruction for Illinois lawyers and summarize vast sections of case and statutory case law into a comprehensive manual. Ms. Rozovics, like all IICLE authors, volunteered her time researching, analyzing and writing the material. Michelle J. Rozovics recently established her own law firm, the Rozovics Law Group, after gaining over ten years experience as an attorney with large national law firms, a Fortune 500 company, and as a Visiting Lecturer in Law in Eastern Europe.
